是細顆粒粉狀的脆皮，非炸鷄大師那種脆皮
熱熱吃會流些許肉汁，帶點微微蒜香
肉有厚度，不會過鹹，調味剛好
蘿蔔糕炸得脆挺，且好入口，大小適中
之後會想多嘗試其它食材
老闆親切，炸功不錯
