Shandong roast chicken is delicious and worth a try. The fried horse noodles taste good, but I think there is a little bit of lining. The dumplings are thin in skin and will have gravy when bitten, which is delicious, but smaller. Large halogen noodles are common. The whole is delicious, the CP value is medium.

Home-style shop with average service, Stir-fried horse noodles are heavy flavors, and at this price, the ingredients are less. The seafood pancake is too oily, but the crispness is not bad. The side dishes performed relatively well, especially the kelp shreds.

Simple and delicious, reasonable price, clean and clean. The dumplings that can be eaten in one bite are the best ? This restaurant has a strong Korean and Shandong flavor. Stir-fried horse noodles and pancakes are very good. It is also suitable for family reunions.

The dumpling skins taste like they are made by themselves. They taste good. The hot and sour soup tastes good. The taste is different from Bafangyunji, but I can't tell where the difference is. I personally like them more Side dishes, small fish and dried bean curd are fried just right and not too oily. Next time I go there, I will definitely order Shandong roast chicken.

I haven't been here for a long time, but this time I feel that the roast chicken sauce is too weak, the garlic aroma is not enough, and the coriander is not enough. The stuffing for dumplings is also less than before. The soup bowls and porcelain bowls are very good, but the old plastic spoons are not suitable. Are the taste and serving size adjusted in response to the old age of regular customers? ~

The "Shandong Gaofu Dumpling Restaurant" opened by the old Korean overseas Chinese has been open for 45 years! The owner of the first generation, who is in his 70s, can be said to have given this shop most of his life. The original site was opened near Shilin Yunong Elementary School, and it was moved to the current site after nearly 20 years. Although there are second-generation husbands and wives out there to help, it seems that the old boss is still in charge of the kitchen~ Until now, Shandong Gaofu still insists on making dumpling skins by hand? Their dumplings have thin skins, although they don’t taste thick and fragrant, and even the skins are easy to be too soft (maybe it’s because I took out the frozen dumplings and cooked them at home?) However, their dumpling fillings are delicious ? Shandong fried sauce noodles are also a little too soft, less chewy and fragrant, but the fried sauce is authentic Shandong. Shandong roast chicken, of course, is also authentic. Now there are too few dumpling restaurants that are willing to stick to hand-rolled skins! Especially the old boss who is very old, insist, can last a lifetime, can you support it? (laugh)
