★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全不在意周遭住戶的工地，吊車頭每次都不轉自家公務所上而是架馬路正上方，毫無工安可言，晚上八九點內部還在敲敲打打，走58巷或46巷要小心頭上跟路邊，很糟糕沒品的建設公司!!
I don't care about the construction site of the surrounding tenants. The crane head doesn't turn to the official office every time but is just above the road. There is no work safety. At 8:00 in the evening, the inside is still knocking and hitting. Take Lane 58 or 46. Be careful with the roadside, very bad construction company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這棟是這一帶改建的很高大的高樓，當初整合成功，可能是因為大部分的土地是公家的緣故。這一帶的房子大部分很老舊，慢慢的，我相信會有更多的更新案件出現吧。
This is a tall, tall building with a remodeling. The original integration was probably because most of the land was public. Most of the houses in this area are very old, slowly, I believe there will be more updated cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 房子蓋的很漂亮，低調大器，我本身住敦化南路，旁邊也很多新蓋豪宅，無法與勤耕延吉相比擬，有花園，更重視人文空間，勤美樸真在大安森林公園蓋了很多豪宅，確實精工，早有名聲，希望住在這兒也享有渡假感覺！
The house is beautifully built, low-key and large. I live on Dunhua South Road. There are many newly built mansions next to it. They can’t compare with Qin Geng Yanji. They have gardens and pay more attention to humanistic space. Qinmei Puzhen has built a lot in Daan Forest Park. The mansion is indeed exquisite and has a long reputation. I hope I can enjoy the vacation feeling when I live here!
