因為在家附近,所以原本為第一選擇,我和家人幾次光顧後,再也不去,寧可走遠一點到民生東路上(往左轉)立X藥局(態度超好,價位較便宜,非常有耐心解釋)或者到台北長庚醫院後面的藥局。
平常是一位女生,態度普通,但我去店裡時,看過她對長輩的態度非常的不耐煩、沒耐心。如果是我的爺爺奶奶的話,我一定會非常生氣,我在旁邊聽,都差點過去幫忙講話了。老人家,反應比較慢,聽力比較差,人之常情,對藥物類的知識也沒有店員的專業水準,但是如果講話講慢一點、清楚一點就懂了,但店員態度實在很沒禮貌。如果家裡特別有長輩需要自己去買藥,還是建議如果行動可以,多走一點路去其他家,不只可以省一點錢,並且不會被店員羞辱。
有時候是一位男生,態度惡劣,完全是愛理不理。有一次家裡長輩藥吃完了,一大早的時候才發現,剛好又身體不舒服(卡痰)。家人很心急,請我快去買藥,我在開門前早幾分鐘到,好好地問對方是否能夠幫忙,對方完全不通融,就連看都不看,只很不屑的說「十分鐘」(也沒看到他在忙什麼)。
另外,前一陣子,我來看評價時,有看到本店的營養師給自己評五星,但內容是罵客人(寫「給我看清楚」之類的話,還叫別人「文盲」),這根本不是店家應該有的態度。即時那位客人有可能是錯的,但也可以好好的回覆... EQ超低...

2. 再來,每家藥局發口罩作法不同,依照作業彈性適度調整作業,我們藥局至少是以公平的方式排隊,領號碼牌之後依序進去買口罩,中途離開後我們也不知道你什麼時候回來,那這樣怎麼保障你的口罩名額?而且我們留你的健保卡在這,不是一種危險的方式?況且民眾都可以依序排隊買口罩確保能買得到口罩。你所謂的那種規矩,在公家機關如果逾號了不得都要重排? 而且我們藥局不只有口罩業務,我們光口罩業務就得花費許多時間去包裝口罩以及控管購買流程,每個藥局都很努力在配合政府作業,請不要為難我們或者質疑,沒意義吧?
3. 還有,我們發口罩是配合衛福部的嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情的口罩實名制及防疫宣導工作,屬於國家防疫作業,請大家好好配合作業難道不行嗎?而且我們真實是沒拿錢,要不要打去相關單位問看看我們有沒有拿錢,不要在那邊亂講話,亂帶風向,還有你只看得到你想看到的字眼,而不肯乖乖配合防疫,請問你安什麼心?還是人性都是自私的,只想要自己好反正都拿到號碼牌了,而別人乖乖排隊我最聰明?
4. 全臺的各個藥局同仁已經很疲憊,所以新聞才會層出不窮有藥局跟民眾的衝突,我們也很想做出品質來,但你好好想想,如果你是我們,光是每天處理這些業務,還有面對一些真的很無禮取鬧的人的時候,長達一個月多,我想你不可能說出這種很讓人寒心的話。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星期五買藥時問店員說,星期六,日不發快篩劑!到星期一網路家用快篩熱度圖顯示有234份下午2:30開始賣,我趕快星期一下午2:00跟大家一樣提早去排隊快排在72位,心中想今天應該買的到,2:45助理出來跟後大家講只能發50人份其28人份要保留給未排隊的大樓住戶,我跟我後面大概還有60多人全部傻眼;藥局要做公關可以先提早出來講一下嘛!2:30都開始結帳看到排隊人多還不提前告知,讓大家下雨天排了45分鐘才出來數人頭讓後面大概還有60多人都傻眼了!對了為何網路顯示這裡有有234份可以賣?住戶又沒排隊不會晚點發啊我們也是這個里的里民也是老客戶啊,讓有排隊的78人竟然有人因為有特權而買不到試劑生令人生氣
