身為一個台南牛肉湯愛好者，當初看到離家蠻近的夜市竟然有家評分很好的牛肉湯，原本還蠻高興。
但實際吃的感想，湯味道很淡，肉碎量少且過熟，對我個人來說蠻不像在台南吃到的啦。
不確定是不是個人運氣不好碰到跟別人不同的經驗，因為看到別人照片的肉跟我當天吃的很明顯熟度不同，總之也留下記錄作為參考。
 2022/3/5 to eat in the evening
As a Tainan beef soup lover, I was quite happy when I saw that there was a beef soup with a good rating in a night market quite close to my home.
But the actual feeling of eating, the soup taste is very bland, the amount of minced meat is small and overcooked, for me personally, it is not like what I eat in Tainan.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm unlucky to have a different experience than others, because the meat I saw in other people's photos is obviously different from what I ate that day. In short, I also leave a record for reference.

推薦PTSD的大家可以嘗試看看，老闆很貼心、口味也很棒。

另外蒜頭牛肉也是非常鮮嫩蒜頭味十足讚

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蒜頭牛肉、頭一次吃到蒜頭不是嗆味、而是微甜帶著蒜香、入口即化、在搭配醃製牛肉在快火裡微炸60秒、把肉片的鮮嫩跟甜度、瞬間鎖在肉片中、一口肉片配一口蒜頭、不知不覺我都已經點了兩盤、在搭配牛肉湯的鮮甜！真的是絕配！
