★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cheap good tools if you like doing your own maintenance and can sometimes find high end parts/accessories for discount price.

Low: Don't expect good service on your bike if you decide to buy it here. Shop keepers would rather chat among themselves than serving the customers.
Stay away if you want to buy bike with good services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would only recommend coming to their physical store to shop. They're online store is very poorly managed with abysmal customer service. Not only did they ship out the wrong item, they even got the return shipping address wrong, delaying delivery of the product by at least a week. Customer service takes forever to respond, and would read your message and not respond, too. Online store (at least Ruten's store) deserves a 0 star, but since their brick-and-mortar store is half decent, I'll give it 2.
