The bank's digital account APP is waste! Does not even enter, update and that has been sub or even not enter each time to even go through this cycle into and then shut down or over N hours to even enter. Call to the head office (class service) to say invalid. make so much money looking for an experienced engineer to APP difficult to do it? see a good exchange rate, want to change dollars, when the machine all day. really sad! in fact, only have zero stars! The phone banking APP is pathetic! It's either not-connected, or "under the update" for your account information even if there are just 2 or 3 transactions for A month. To call the customer service to complain it is useless, no one cares and the APP mantains the poorest quality in the banking industry in Taiwan The APP is definitly a defict and I strongly suspect there are no IT guys in the bank To potential customers:.. If you save foregin currencies, the risk is that you can ' t conver them to other currencies when the exchange rate is more favorable for you because the APP in your cell is never wokring properly or on a timely base. Zero Star should be recieved.
