喜歡觀察茶葉在熱開水的沖泡下，一片片地舒展開來，琥珀色的茶汁慢慢地滲透出來。茶湯泡在透明茶壺中看起來很療愈~~
泡出來的茶湯喝起來醇厚，不會澀澀的，散發出天然的茶香味。
假日有空的時候，不妨自己親手泡一壺好茶，悠閒地享受片刻的寧靜，是一件很悅己舒服的事！
I have been running a tea shop on Bade Road for many years, specializing in Taiwanese tea. This time I bought half a catty of high mountain oolong tea from Alishan.
I like to observe that the tea leaves are unfolded one by one under the hot boiling water, and the amber tea juice slowly seeps out. The tea soup looks very healing in a transparent teapot~~
The brewed tea soup tastes mellow, not astringent, and exudes a natural tea fragrance.
When you have free time on holidays, you might as well make yourself a pot of good tea and enjoy a moment of tranquility at a leisurely pace.
