★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為轉機問題，入境國辦事處請我向航空公司確認到伊斯坦堡轉機會不會被拒絕，因為有人在歐洲轉機被拒絕結果遣返。
客服劉小姐態度差到極點，一直跟我說在台灣拿到登記證在那邊就不會被擋啊，我說是辦事處請我再確認一次因為有人在歐洲被擋下來，劉小姐鬼打牆一直跟我說 ”我剛不是說了嗎？就跟你說拿到登記證了怎麼會被拒絕而且如果有被擋下來我們這裡也不會知道”
好聲好氣地問換到這種回話態度真的讓人很生氣
