目前所知 其完工(2019十二月份拿到使用執照)不到一年的桃園青埔(新潤A18)已發生:
完工後就有戶別室內漏水
頂樓因加壓馬達拉線配置不當有水錘聲影響睡眠品質
雨下得稍大時地下室停車場B2、B3有積水(從牆壁滲漏)、淹水情事發生
有戶別浴室爆管造成淹水
如非不得已建議跳過此建商以免花錢找氣受
