早上8:55的飛機,6:40才可報到,報到完再出境排隊又是長長一排人,真的要進貴賓室用餐時間超趕的,更別提要去買免稅商店的東西,真的有點過份! 就不能提早一個小時嗎?

最近客服電話因上海疫情一直都在等候中 等了一小時後還是沒人接 也沒有其他管道可以聯繫 能否至少開放台灣電話或Email可以協助處理?打了快一個月都是這樣會不會太誇張

欲訂Jal航空機票請注意,常常公司自行更改班機,導致接不上connecting flight也不管。只好取消訂位等待退費。(已發生2次)客服電話永遠不接。說台北沒有服務中心,電話直接轉到上海。但上海因封城所以沒人接。但打到東京也沒人接啊!無奈之下只好去Jal台北登記處尋求幫助但一出電梯就被一Jal員工大聲叱責,説「我們不對外開放,你們不可以進去」把我們帶到一個小房間叫我們等。我這時已忍無可忍,(我花了好幾小時打電話,打去東京還是自己付越洋電話費用)我就跟我同行的兒子抱怨「這是什麼爛公司啊!想不到日本公司會這樣」。這時那位員工端了兩杯水來,氣哼哼的放在桌上說,「我們不是爛公司」就揚長而去。真是令人傻眼。所幸後來有一郭小姐幫我們解釋清楚,(在此非常感謝您)但最後還是得取消訂位。同行的兒子不解因我們台灣人一向都非常支持日本任何產業,為什麼竟然不在台灣設服務中心。打提供的台北電話號碼直接會轉去上海。那上海因封城就沒有任何服務了嗎?那我們台灣人怎麼敢再travel with Jal 呢?真是一個令我很疲憊的經驗

Had to cancel the reservation and wait for a refund. (Happened 2 times) Customer service calls never answer. Said that there is no service center in Taipei, the call goes directly to Shanghai. However, no one picked up Shanghai because of the closure of the city. But no one picks up the call to Tokyo! In desperation, we had to go to the Jal Taipei Registration Office for help, but as soon as we got out of the elevator, a Jal employee yelled at us and said, "We are not open to the public, you can't go in" and took us to a small room and told us to wait. At this point, I couldn't bear it anymore, (I spent hours on the phone, and I still paid for the overseas call to Tokyo) and I complained to my son, "What kind of bad company is this! I can't think that a Japanese company would do this." At this time, the employee brought two glasses of water, put it on the table angrily, said, "We are not a bad company" and walked away. It's dumbfounding. Fortunately, a Miss Guo helped us explain it clearly, (thank you very much here), but in the end we had to cancel the reservation. The son of the colleague wondered why we did not set up a service center in Taiwan because we Taiwanese have always been very supportive of any industry in Japan. Call the provided Taipei phone number and you will be transferred directly to Shanghai. So there is no service in Shanghai due to the closure of the city? How can we Taiwanese dare to travel with Jal again? What a tiring experience
