令人超失望的加利利德瑞團、什麼好口碑、感覺名實不符吧!我2018年6月8日懷著愉快的心情參加加利利德瑞13天的旅遊,結果心情是不舒服的、出門前同社區鄰居就有説加利利真的貴又差、不好負評給我參考,當時不相信、但所呈現出來的事件,不得不提出讓大家了解一下。 抵達第一天房間下方就是車道,車子進出有點吵。第二天就睡小小的行軍床、有大蚊子及不知名蟲子、空間之小、擺兩個行李箱根本就沒路可走,更沒有桌子可擺放物品。在盧森的飯店更扯,蒼蠅在那裡嗡嗡作響的飛、好幾隻的、浴室地上有垃圾、有錄影供向酒店反應、導遊説酒店會安排噴殺蟲劑、這是什麼貼心的想法?又不肯換房,感覺沒服務精神,我們只是要一個乾淨的房間,才有安心良好的睡眠品質而已。 另去少女峰有一個冰宮隧道,行前也沒說要穿止滑防滑鞋、裡面有千年結冰墜道、只穿保暖防濕鞋、底沒有防滑、結果整條墜道幾乎是扶著欄杆不敢放、欄杆也冰冷的要命、手一放就會滑倒、真的很像是在歷險記。 出門前我們選雙人床一大床,業務來電游說希望改選二小床、説一大床會是併床如何的?叫我們改二小床、會較理想。這二床也就算了、更討厭我們夫妻每日分配到房間不是在第一個牆、就是在最後一個牆、所分配到的房型及位置,都是較差的。一樣的團費、為什麼會対特定的人差別待遇呢?非我旅遊過的經驗。 還有其中有一餐中餐,什麼七菜一湯、小小一盤根本就不夠團員吃,哪裡菜色又差,還不如在台灣的旅行團每桌2000桌菜菜色。 另我們長途旅行、二段飛機、都將我們夫妻排在四位中間二位、進不去、出不耒、別人夫婦卻位子各都是走道、這時隨團導遊應該適時發揮一下調配角色,才是最好的方式⋯⋯ 另導遊帶去他們配合的免稅店消費、要特別小心清點清楚數量、沒有問題在付錢,免得被灌水。 這次旅行讓我們真的不舒服感。還有在半途在酒店吃早餐遇到加利利的另團、旅客抱怨得更為厲害、說那個什麼導遊領隊、沒有服務精神、態度不好,住的房間被干擾,後來他們自己花錢升等、及用餐事件位置沒講清楚,坐錯位置,還被導遊虧的情事,這是我們親眼所見所聞,既然是服務業應該讓所有客戶愉快旅遊,待遇公平分配才対、不要因人而異。 後補一件、我忘記把Wi-Fi分享器帶下來、麻煩司機順帶來飯店、司機也是住這個飯店的、導遊明說我們要付給小費5~10歐、我們有付5歐小費,感覺順手小事也被要求付費。

吃住還算不錯 像其他人一樣遇到沒有耐心的領隊 晚上領隊被團員請到房裡喝酒 說到自己有傷害前科 聽完之後覺得這間公司是還不錯的公司 不會因為來應徵的人有前科就不給工作!加分! 只是吃飯的時候會抱怨其他團的團員啊 或者說團員有小三的故事聽了很是尷尬 除此之外,得到一分的主要原因: 1. 總覺得領隊說的很多歷史地理等知識和我之前已知的.和wiki的不同 一整趟旅行我只好自己瘋狂google 跟自由行沒兩樣XD 2. 對於同性戀的描述我不太認同(可能我身旁太多 同性戀好友 所以對於詞彙太過敏感) 3. 女團員開玩笑的問能不能幫忙拖行李 男領隊不耐煩的回答:要脫衣服還是脫褲子脫鞋子? 這句話讓我覺得怪怪的 還有,想知道我的領隊是誰歡迎私我沒問題~
