行程每天拉車4小時以上,前兩天所謂的景點都是公路旁的廁所。第三天飯店有夠恐怖

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次參加五福泰豪華要價3萬的泰國5天行程,想說五福也算有知名度的大公司,還沒出發就被通知華航改泰航感覺就不太好了,先說吃的部分只有早餐飯店吃的好一點,2天午餐吃一般團在吃的合菜,1天吃人魚餐廳,號稱吃到飽菜色不到10樣比台灣便當自助餐還差,1餐水上市場餐廳吃到飽菜色也普通,有1餐在美功鐵路港式飲茶沒吃只退150泰銖,原來豪華團1餐只值150元,在說晚餐部分忍者燒烤吃到飽泰國蝦是死蝦烤盤也沒辦法烤,1盤自費20泰銖小費代烤就能吃到活蝦,第2天晚餐AVANI5星自助餐,之前有谷哥看照片好像不錯,實際菜色非常少,海鮮不是自己夾是你點他才上雖然不限點幾次但感覺就不好,重點是自助餐飲料還要付費只有水,第3晚懸崖餐廳雖然有蝦有蟹但也是合菜,重點是沒有懸崖的懸崖餐廳,第4晚自理是按行程就不說了!住的部分前3晚巴達雅住的不錯,第4晚曼谷AETAS其實不到5星,以前去的人難道都沒發現嗎?行程大致可以就是覺得吃不好跟豪華有點落差,以上純屬個人意見

今年初參加北海道行程,導遊在車上狂推銷賣土產,不然就是自己在休息睡覺,我們這團還有一個景點行程被跳過。
導遊還會故意把家人的房間排開,返程的機位也被打散。
建議大家要帶行程表核對,千萬不要讓自己的權益睡著了!(雖然事後投訴才收到客服致歉,但旅遊的不愉快已發生,分享給大家參考。)

起初感覺他蠻老實誠懇,
詢問的問題也很積極地確認回覆,於是很快就決定下單。

因為後續在付款及行程中,個人發生一些小狀況,
業務仍然維持一貫的態度,非常和善又積極地協助排除問題。不管是售前售後,服務都做得很完整,
跟我以前遇過的旅行社業務很不同,
一改我對旅遊業的觀感。
帶隊的袁啟中導遊也很專業,與團員的溝通很好,
願意聆聽團員的需求,
盡力在行程上配合團員的期望做調整,
對於行程中發生的小狀況,也很積極地協助團員處理,
我參加的這團不是最便宜也不是最貴,
雖然也有購物站行程,但從頭到尾沒感受到壓迫,
吃住都還不錯,也不用湊團併車,
20幾個人坐40人座的大巴士,舒適不擁擠,
全程享受到的服務,我認為是物有所值的,
