如同其他評論所說,這是一間令人感覺極度以他們公司立場有利方向來解釋文字的公司。 所謂的 當訂單中有商品無法購買時,可購買的商品繼續購買 一般使用者都會理解為"賣家缺貨時繼續購買他向產品" 但這間公司不是 他們的"無法購買"包括任何1日圓的金額變動 也就是,如果你想要購買的商品,在使用者下單到他們採取購買動作的期間,賣家無論漲價或是降價,這間公司會絲毫不站在使用者立場著想的退掉那一個商品,因此可能導致原本免運費的門檻會無法達成,還需要花費額外的匯款手續費/服務費/日本當地運費才能完成本來想要購買的訂單。 (這點我還在等所謂"專員"回覆,他們已經在LINE客服跟留言都鬼打牆過了,目前肯定的是賣家漲價一定退你單,賣家降價...不曉得,等他們鬼打牆完我再來回報) 以這點來推測 在當訂單中有商品無法購買時,選擇"訂單退回再考慮" 大概會因為任何1日圓的變動被整單退單吧哈哈 然後就重新排隊,希望心儀的產品還在,萬一數量不對就再退單。 "一切都遵照使用者的選擇,我們不會為了使用者的選擇負任何一日圓的責任的" 等待>留言>再等待的迴圈。 連客訴客服都叫你去留言喔啾咪 我從服務費200塊,運費240塊的時候開始用起 去取貨的時候人越來越少,公司給的優惠好像也越來越多,也許覺得這樣可以拉回使用者? 但會被錢拉回去的使用者都是暫時的,會被"服務"氣跑的使用者更長久。 要跟這家公司順利的打交道,要先求神拜佛祈禱賣家不要漲價(或降價?),不要有任何需要在文字上扯皮的問題,如果看到這則評論的你沒有這樣或是不想做這樣的心理準備的話,我建議慎選代買公司。 附帶一提 當我詢問我聽了50分鐘的語音按了130個9,樂淘完全沒打算增加客服人手的時候 樂淘:樂淘一直都有在徵才中。 如果你是考慮應徵而讀到這篇留言,我也建議慎選,畢竟客服毫無任何權限,只有承受使用者砲火的功能而已。 不過這間公司看起來還是很挺客服的啦,我個人感覺客服不需要負什麼責任(至少沒對我負責,一律轉交),所以如果不想承擔任何責任,對使用者的炮火又可以做為耳邊風的話,不失為一個好去處。

第一次找代購買(之前都自己找代運處理),雖然樂淘有明文一些條例,但不得不說有文字陷阱疑慮 我購買感想: 1.購買物若沒寫指定樣式或顏色,此項物品是判定購買失敗,文字遊戲部分就是選擇繼續購買,直接只買有成交部分. 同一單出問題部分不會處理(遊戲規則已定,只是買家感覺不是很好),覺得選單上的文字敘述能再寫清楚明白點. 2.不知道是不是選不換紙袋就不會點數量?一開始收貨後數量都不點清點就出貨實在搞不懂這操作??(文字陷阱部分?不換紙袋就不點) 出貨到台灣單據上還是寫"購買正確數量"拿到當下完全不會發現,而不是"實際出貨數量"必須全部拆開清點 @@ 還限時2小時內發現問題提報. 3.樂淘日本收貨處明明就已經知道此賣家有補寄商品卻沒告知買方,而是等到買方收到代購物清點後發現有少去線上詢問客服,客服去了解後才知道日本收貨處有收到補寄品 這是否是內部溝通出問題??客服有再給我另一個包裹查詢號碼,我查包裹寄送日期只差一天(寄第一件貨後隔天就已收到補寄的第二件貨),這樣因該可以及時通知買方是否一起寄或any solution. 實在想不通要等到客戶端發現了並通知才要說有這件事??這操作實在奇怪.(雖然到貨後上面有寫急件,處理還算快速,只是整感覺有點差) 樂淘代購 缺點可控自由度偏低,商品選擇性少,不能集貨容易浪費時間與金錢,台灣部門跟日本部門沒溝通好. 優點也國際運費沒灌水,客服答覆時效算積極. 以上純屬個人觀點僅供參考.
