線上客服沒回應、打去詢問真人客服,對方只說沒辦法協助查詢,只說有輸入序號就會有,也不願意幫忙協助處理問題..感覺客服給人的感受不好,畢竟相片書一本也要一千出頭,感覺權益受損..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 印客製貼紙要求最少量500張,收到後大約200張都是瑕疵品,包含:刮傷、髒污、裁切不齊,顯現品管質量的低落。
提供照片並聯繫客服後表示:這都會有瑕疵耗損,須自費寄回總店評估,若是誤差範圍內就不算,真的有狀況會再補印不足的量。
試問:如果都有瑕疵耗損,應該一開始就該跟客戶說明,以及耗損比例多少算是誤差範圍內?若自費寄回誤差範圍卻是廠商隨口說了算、或者補印品質還是一樣...消費者完全沒保障。
客服僅表示:有寫在說明裡,「不會再特別跟客戶說明」,檔案也「不會檢查」,品管「不會特別處理」就是完成後寄出。但,這些不都該是「基本」的服務範圍,沒有所謂地「特別」。
查看此公司的印刷品退換貨細則,完全沒在理會消費者權益,大家自行斟酌評估囉

However, these should not all be "basic" services, and there is no such thing as "special".
Check the company's printed product return and exchange rules, completely ignore consumer rights and interests, please make your own assessment.
