A	Angela Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork rib soup is sweeter than other places I’ve tried. I was most impressed by the utter lack of gaminess. The broth was also mostly clear of coagulated protein. The braised pork rice is not the usual. There is a pickle-looking veggie in it and ample onions. The flavor is reminiscent of gyuudon. I wasn’t as partial to the rice because it’s a softer grain that soaks liquid quickly. 4 - Would come back regularly.
