The ring was bent out of shape with one side all jagged and sharp from the hammer impacts. It's not safe to wear anymore and also doesn't fit my finger after that.
He tossed it back to me and charged me $300 NTD. I was so shocked I paid and quickly left. I didn't know if what I saw was a crude job done or a prank but after youtubing how professionals actually resize rings, it wasn't smash it with a hammer!
Even though I'm now looking for a pair of wedding bands, I'm never going here again! Their service shows they don't care about the customer and will do whatever is easiest for them.
