作為一位大陸人,很榮幸在旅居台灣期間可以學習到中國傳統武術。在這裡已經習練三年,收穫頗多。本門武術對拳法拳理要求細膩,教練對招式的攻防使用也解釋得很透徹,並且常常有專項練習。通過習練,使我對身體的認識,力量的使用,有了更多的了解。另外,也逐漸認識到傳統武術的精神,更體會到古人的智慧。這裡的教學,使傳統武術成為一門學問,通過練習與討論,逐漸進階。絕不是新式武術那樣耍花架子,類似街頭雜耍。這些是我來台之前始料未及的驚喜。
