★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 台北首屈一指的肌力與體能訓練中心,小巨蛋基地為 2022 年新開幕的場館內裝新穎且很寬敞,環境十分舒適。
2. 交通很方便,可以坐捷運在【台北小巨蛋站】下車,從1號出口走過去;也可以【南京復興站】的6號出口走過去。
如果坐公車的話,請在【南京敦化路口(小巨蛋)】下車是最近的。
3. 場館在大樓的2樓,記得乘坐電梯上去比較順。
4. 團體課或一對一都很推。教練們都專業且細心,有任何訓練相關問題都可以請教與討論。
5. 如果在重訓時覺得「明明這裡是2樓,怎麼感覺一直看到窗外有人在走路」時,請放心,因為那是隔壁大樓的PIZZA HUT必勝客歡樂吧餐廳。
1. Taipei's premier muscle strength and physical fitness training center, the Little Arena is newly opened in 2022. The interior of the venue is novel and spacious, and the environment is very comfortable.
2. The transportation is very convenient. You can take the MRT and get off at [Taipei Arena Station] and walk through Exit 1; you can also walk through Exit 6 of [Nanjing Fuxing Station].
If you take a bus, please get off at [Nanjing Dunhua Intersection (Little Arena)] which is the closest.
3. The venue is on the 2nd floor of the building, remember to take the elevator to go up smoothly.
4. Group lessons or one-on-one are highly recommended. The coaches are professional and attentive, and you can ask and discuss any training-related questions.
5. If during retraining, if you feel that "this is the 2nd floor, why do you feel like you keep seeing people walking outside the window", please rest assured, because it is the PIZZA HUT Pizza Hut restaurant in the next building.
