★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great as all 王品 restaurants. Though I have some mixed feeling for their signature Wang steak. Their steak is more of a stewed meat than pan-fried meat. The steak tastes good and tender, not because of the inherent freshness or fattiness of their beef, but rather all the spice and sauces that seeped into it.as much as I enjoyed it, I couldn't help but to wonder at one point, on whether I am eating expensive beef brisket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by its name and popularity. This is an upscale steakhouse/restaurant wannabe. Atmosphere, decor and service were okay. Below average quality with an above average price. I came cus I heard it was famous, and they try really hard at the whole fine dining experience, but they fail miserably. What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance and service are great but the meal took over 3 hours! It's a tiny place, they only take reservations so they should be able to pace the orders pretty well. We had a group of 14 and our food arrived, staggered. It was to the point where some would be done and others hadn't even received their food yet. The entrees were cold. Food itself was decent but portions are tiny except the main course. However, since the entree was cold, it wasn't as enjoyable. The pork chop was the best because they take your ribs and cook them some more, and it arrives steaming hot.
There were some errors with the orders. The ones we pointed out were corrected without question.
I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a lot of time to spend. It's quiet, clean and pretty inside so it would good for a date or catching up with a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are impeccable and food is nice enough to justify its price. The signature Wang rib steak is really nothing special. However, both New York Strip and double sized aged ribeye are delicious.
