★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生很細心，技術也很好。美中不足的是看診時間總是被洗牙掛號排的滿滿的，有一次我牙痛得緊，確沒有辦法求助醫生。建議是否於每個時段有緩充時間給臨時有牙齒問題的病人。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小朋友先前看了兩間牙醫，因為小朋友會怕，所以哭了，醫生不耐煩對小朋友說長那麼大，有什麼好哭的；另一位是看牙時，小朋友動了一下，醫生就說你這樣一直亂動我沒辦法看，你去找兒童牙醫！
直到老師介紹我們可以去東方牙醫試試，小朋友聽到要補牙會害怕，哭了兩次，醫生很有耐心安撫和鼓勵小朋友，最後成功補了2顆牙，護士也很親切有耐心，小朋友說這是他看過最棒的5星牙醫???

The doctor was impatient and told the child what makes him cry when he grows so old; the other was when the child moved a little while seeing the teeth, the doctor said you I can't see if I keep moving like this, go to the children's dentist!
Until the teacher introduced us to the Oriental dentist, the children would be scared when they heard that they wanted to fill their teeth. They cried twice. The doctor was very patient to comfort and encourage the children. Finally, they successfully filled two teeth. The nurses were also very kind and patient. The children said this Is the best 5-star dentist he has ever seen???

但是東方櫃檯晚班的年輕護士完全讓我改觀，態度不好且"沒有同理心"
愛理不理 不友善的態度 讓人心寒
少發脾氣的我都生氣了 ~希望能改善

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生真的非常有醫德，好幾年前的晚上，我牙齒超痛，跑了好幾家牙醫，因為沒預約沒ㄧ家願意幫我看，連現場等都沒一家肯。直到找到了東方牙醫，我看燈都關了，心想又無望了，便還是詢問看看，結果醫師確願意在開燈幫我看診，非常的細心，還順便幫我洗牙，真的是非常感激。
The doctor is really very ethical. A few years ago, my teeth were so painful that I went to several dentists. Because I didn't make an appointment, no one was willing to help me, and no one was willing to wait on the spot. Until I found the Oriental Dentist, I turned off the lights and felt hopeless, so I asked to have a look, and the doctor was willing to turn on the lights to help me see a doctor, very attentive, and also help me wash my teeth by the way, really is very grateful.
