★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診所營業到9點，小朋友藥已經吃完，去電診所先幫忙配藥麻煩請診所多等我5分鐘趕到診所，護士既然說沒辦法我們9點關門。等我趕到診所是9點03分，在門口碰到護士跟醫生門才正要關閉，我拜託著醫生跟護士可以讓我拿個藥給孩子嗎，護士跟醫生居然回我明天再來。我已經很趕了這樣都不能通融一下嗎？很急著下班嗎？一點同理心都沒有嗎？今天要是你們為人父母的碰到這種狀況各位做何感想。

只吃了一包後嚴重過敏送急診，醫院醫師上健保系統查不到藥品名稱，我自己上健保app查發現系統上診斷及現場說的病症、開的藥不一致，藥品有四顆，結果登打只有兩顆，非但對不上更沒有包含那顆過敏的抗生素！這樣行為危害到病人的健康，真的很不可思議！

I went to the health insurance app and found that the diagnosis on the system and the on-site symptoms and prescriptions were inconsistent. There were four medicines, and the result was posted. There were only two pills, not only did not match the antibiotics that contained the allergy! Such behavior endangers the health of the patient, it is really incredible!

蔡醫師專業又很細心，也很親切，而且笑臉迎人，每次都很用心傾聽病人的聲音，也都能給予專業的回應和建議。重點是不會讓病人吃沒有必要的藥，也不做沒有必要的醫療處置。
這些年來，蔡醫師早已成為我們的家庭醫師了，是值得推薦的好醫師！
