送洗一件白襯衫，拿回家後發現袖口鈕釦無法扣上。
數天後至店家詢問，才知道他們直接以熨斗燙過，造成塑膠鈕扣扭曲損壞而無法正常扣上，店家完全未主動檢查告知！
事後雖幫忙更換鈕扣，但其鈕扣品質極差，不到一天就脫落，再次送回店裡處理；拿回沒幾天又脫落。為了一件襯衫反覆來回奔走多次，耗時費心力，同時貴重衣物也損壞至無法修補的程度。
這是一間極度不細心的店家，若您非常愛惜衣物，請慎重考慮在此送洗！

Washing clothes is ok. However, dry cleaning of cashmere wool is strongly discouraged. I was skeptical about some of the comments before, so I took the scarf to dry-clean, but when I came back, the whole piece was pilling... I can only blame myself for being stupid. Until recently, I bought a special detergent for wool and washed it by hand, and found that the effect was better.
