少量的調味除了帶出食材鮮味更讓人吃得健康無負擔
（山葵吃得出是研磨顆粒的辛香而非調味醬包的嗆辣）
店內有啤酒/日式清酒，也可自帶酒來，免收開瓶費但要與老闆分享
