★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我想靠北的是行政效率，電話告知我視訊看診要加診所的line預約，結果早上提出預約，下午才肯回我索取資料，然後開始不讀直到傍晚再加討其他資料，接著又開始不讀，一直到隔天晚上都沒消息，追問也都不讀。那請問你們診所既然都不讀，要求用Line預約到底想幹嘛？截至現在光是預約就拖了32個小時沒結果，你是醫療診所不是什麼慢慢排隊的美食餐廳欸，預約失敗你好歹回覆，讓患者能趕快去找下一間診所啊

Well, since you don't even read in your clinic, why do you want to use Line to make an appointment? Up to now, the appointment has been delayed for 32 hours without results. You are a medical clinic, not a gourmet restaurant that slowly queues up. If the appointment fails, you can reply anyway, so that the patient can quickly find the next clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長期給陳彥伯醫師看診至今快一年，透過吃藥粉兼針灸的療法，腸胃問題改善許多，原先脹氣問題嚴重、身體筋骨痠痛與經痛問題等等，在陳醫師的理療下是真切感受到問題改善許多（至少目前不再脹氣、經痛問題在診療一個月內就改善了）。
此外每次看診時陳醫師也都會再仔細看診把脈，而不會像先前在其他診所看過的醫師一樣想快點開藥了事，整體來說從看診過程是可以真切感受到陳醫師的用心與下藥精準，真的很謝謝醫生的診療

I used to have severe flatulence, sore muscles, and menstrual pain. Under the physical therapy of Dr. Chen, I really feel the problem. A lot of improvement (at least no more flatulence, menstrual pain problems improved within a month of diagnosis and treatment).
In addition, Physician Chen will also check the pulse carefully every time he sees a doctor, instead of wanting to prescribe medicine as soon as he has seen in other clinics. On the whole, from the process of seeing a doctor, we can really feel Physician Chen. The attentiveness and precision of the medicine, I really thank the doctor for the diagnosis and treatment
