這是一家很爛而且沒有商業道德的公司,四年前更新我們社區電梯的主鋼索,竟然報價比市價高5-6倍,讓我們社區多付了二百多萬元,平常保養水準也很差,任意更換零件,就要客戶買單,而高雄的營業所站長,態度更是傲慢,完全與他們標榜的企業文化,完全相反,是一家非常惡質的公司。
This is a bad company with no business ethics. The main cable of our community elevator was updated four years ago. The quoted price was 5-6 times higher than the market price, which caused our community to pay more than two million yuan. 完全管不動高雄分公司的總公司,一個電梯故障修理三天還修不好,平時每個月的例行保養根本就是馬虎處理,沒有落實檢查每個項目。然後零件故障了,全台竟然調不到零件可以修理,甚至牽拖什麼海運推延之類的藉口。平常完全沒有零件預備品的公司,到底是要怎麼幫客戶維護電梯?

Then the parts failed, and the whole Taiwan couldn't adjust the parts for repair, and even dragged on some excuses such as shipping delays.
