用了3年多的日光調理機突然故障,帶去仕華公司修理。櫃台小姐很有效率地請我填寫維修單並在現場等候,真的大約5分鐘後即完成維修,有一位親切的老師傅詳細說明故障原因並且換了一個全新的調理杯給我。曾經一度存疑的"全機保固7年"竟然是真的,仕華公司是一家負責實在的好公司,這是一次愉快的送修經驗
The daylight conditioner that had been used for more than 3 years suddenly failed and was taken to Shihua Company for repair. The lady at the counter efficiently asked me to fill out the repair order and wait on the spot. The repair was completed in about 5 minutes. A friendly master gave me a detailed explanation of the cause of the malfunction and gave me a brand new conditioning cup. The once-doubtful "7-year warranty for the entire machine" turned out to be true. Shihua is a good company responsible for the facts. This is a pleasant repair experience.

拿了保固內的日光過去維修, 雖然現場感覺比較簡易, 但是櫃台人員很快速熟練請我填寫單據, 然後問我是否現場等現場直接修....當下覺得太強大了... 等了不到十分鐘, 出現一位老師傅, 很親切告訴我原因跟已經修復完成. 相當推薦!!! 很棒的服務經驗
I took the daylight in the warranty and went to repair it. Although the site felt relatively simple, the counter staff was very quick and skillful to ask me to fill in the receipt, and then asked me if I waited for the site to repair it directly... I feel too powerful at the moment... After waiting for less than ten minutes, a master teacher appeared and kindly told me the reason and the repair was completed. Quite recommend!!! 客服真的很差,產品壞掉送回原廠維修,過沒兩天產品就已經寄回,打電話給客服詢問維修事項,結果剛問完問題接電話的客服先生用很兇且不耐煩的態度說:「你這樣問我怎麼回答?」,回答:「先生,可以請你不要那麼兇嗎?」,客服先生用超兇的口氣回罵:「你才沒禮貌 @#$%&#$」,問他:「請問你的名字是甚麼,我要投訴你」,客服先生回說:「你要投訴就去投訴阿,不過我為什麼要告訴你我名字」。之後客服先生就一直大聲罵,也故意挑釁要我們去客訴試看看。 之後我們打電話回去請其他人轉給客服經理或能負責的人,他們也不願意轉,跟他們講發生的事情後他們就一直想河蟹掉,說甚麼也不轉給上面的人。 不懂現在打電話給客服也要被客服罵是哪一招,如果今天我不講理就算了,但是我們今天是才講一句話對方客服就開始把脾氣發在我身上,我又沒得罪他。我絕對不會推薦給任何人,真的太糟糕了

自家產品缺件,跟客服反應,竟計較補寄東西的運費 竟然說:材料送給你,運費也是我出郵資,不虧嗎? 搞的產品缺件好像是我的錯一樣,我最後委婉表示:東西不大,可以放進信封平信寄出,運費比較便宜,我再匯款運費。 直接表示麻煩不寄了 到底...? 我為什麼要買這家產品來活受罪
