★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新開的，辣椒還不錯蠻香的，老闆說是自己用朝天椒做的，餅皮有用脫油機所以不會很油膩。可惜炸蛋熟度老闆還不太會拿捏，買了三個都是變全熟的。不過還是很好吃，下次要提醒老闆別過頭了。
再一次購買，這次真的爆漿蛋黃了，好好吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蔥油餅非常的酥，喜歡酥脆口感的可以請老闆再炸酥一點，吃起來沒有負擔的感覺很棒，老闆說他們是特製麵團才能這樣甩油處理，蛋是分開炸、沾醬後夾在中間，半熟口感掌握的很好，辣椒也很香，在蔥油餅紅海裡算是蠻經驚艷的，下次還會想特地來這邊買來吃的程度。是在公館夜市東南亞戲院旁的巷子買的，看估狗地址好像還有其他地方。最喜歡這種酥脆的肥食了，如果不用在意熱量的話好想一口氣吃三個！！！???

最喜歡蔥油餅類的食物了 今天做完醫美順便來嚐鮮 看到照片上有加起司片的口味比較特別就決定當今日下午茶
老闆娘看起來有些冷漠 餅皮是整張下油鍋炸 炸完還有瀝油機器甩油 以降低我的罪惡感?聽到是自製辣椒醬又眼睛發亮了我 馬上說我要大辣
辣度ok對我完全沒問題 但是吃起來有苦味讓我很問號 再配上起司 苦味更明顯 甚至有種難以言喻的感覺 有點分不出是好吃還不好吃
但是不得不說 餅皮薄 炸起來澎澎的 很Q有彈性好吃 蛋也嫩嫩的不會覺得蛋白乾乾老老的 下次若再來應該會直接點原味+大辣 或是菜單上有另一款酸菜肉口味也可考慮

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid 4.2 but no need to line up. Passed by and saw the good reviews and was craving for this type of food. Pretty good if its hot (mine was already made?) And the egg was yummy and "explosive". The soy sauce is very average which is why I took a star off.
