是第一次去，遇到的一位黃師傅。
師傅話不多、但介紹的很清楚，沒有什麼閒聊，但是整個氛圍都很舒服。
自己最怕板前師傅不熟悉但要尬聊、所以應該下次還是會先詢問能不能找到同一位師傅，喜歡這個節奏。
 The environment is comfortable and the food is delicious.
It was the first time I went, and I met a master Huang.
The master didn't talk much, but the introduction was very clear, there was no small talk, but the whole atmosphere was very comfortable.
I am most afraid that the master Banqian is unfamiliar, but I have to talk awkwardly, so I should ask if I can find the same master next time. I like this rhythm.

在食材選擇上也都細心，每一口魚肉都感受到主廚的用心。海膽的各種搭配也很有創意，是少數在台灣吃到北海道海膽這麼鮮甜毫無腥味，搭配魚子醬、黑鮪魚泥、蔥花的握壽司讓人驚艷。
午間商業套餐包含將近20品料理，工序都在板前呈現，真的是太超值了??但訂位稍微較卡就是了，建議網路訂位比較快

It is one of the few in Taiwan to eat Hokkaido sea urchins so fresh and sweet without any fishy smell. The nigiri sushi with caviar, black tuna puree and green onion is amazing.
The lunch business package contains nearly 20 dishes, and the process is presented in front of the board. It's really worth it. But the reservation is a little bit more difficult. It is recommended to book online faster.
