★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生還好，醫生看診完請驗光師說明配眼鏡的度數，結果來的是櫃檯小姐跟我說明，一點背景都扯不上關係，憑什麼解說患者的視力，問眼睛的數值是否可以知道，得到的結果是我們不提供處方簽，數值也不能給妳⋯跟我說個資保護，然後說可以寫給我，結果只寫了近視度數跟蓋章。
完全沒有解決問題，態度之差！
這家診所的敗筆大概就是那些櫃檯人員的教育訓練很差！
