參加百威旅遊10月9號到10月13號的泰國清邁五日遊,10年前開始自助旅行之後就不曾跟過團,這次因為帶年邁的父親出遊,時間匆促的情況下選擇了百威旅遊,卻意外的遇到非常棒的團員、領隊及導遊,特別感謝接洽的業務陳麗鈴小姐,不厭其煩的回答我問題,隨時關心我的狀況,對於旅行社的服務,現在做到這種程度真是令我受寵若驚! 承接泰國旅遊業務的雙龍旅遊,派出的當地劉導非常有經驗,雖然行程景點安排上覺得時間不太夠有點趕,餐食的部分需要改進,留下了一點小小的遺憾,但是我們仍然玩得很盡興,留下美好的回憶。 其實參加團體有時候就是看運氣,承接當地旅遊業務的業者如果素質夠好,派出的導遊通常讓團員比較滿意,這也是為什麼在最後面,都會要求大家填寫意見表的原因,我這一次參加旅遊最滿意的就是,百威旅遊業務的接洽流程非常順暢,真的想要給他們100個星星呢!

旅遊幾十次以來最差的一次經驗 前兩三年疫情爆發前埃及10日遊 有兩件事情讓我非常不高興 第一 其中一天最後一個行程是去哈利利市集喝茶然後自由活動逛街購物 結果因為前面在賣香水的地方有團員要買香水跟老闆一直討論 全車的人聽完講解已經上車1個小時她們還在拖時間不肯走 當地導遊跟台灣領隊應該是為了佣金完全沒去催促過半次 然後下一個行程是去看什麼畫也是 就沒什麼人有興趣就一直強迫待在那不肯走 導致最後去哈利利市集的時候已經將近晚上10點 等喝完行程上面旅行社要提供的茶之後已經晚上10點多攤販都開始收攤了 逛個屁 為了那兩個死八婆為了領隊跟導遊的佣金結果最重要的景點之一哈利利市集沒得逛 第二 行程當中 唯一一次最高檔的四星還是五星飯店 那天抵達飯店的時候已經很晚了 很多團員在車上就講回飯店要趕快去休息好累 在大廳導遊發房卡的時候 我們比較快就拿到房卡所以就趕快回房間休息洗漱 隔天退房就出事情了 在大廳集合的時候導遊說把昨天發的浴巾卡還回去 我們就跟導遊講昨天一拿到房卡就趕快上去所以後來發的浴巾拿我們根本沒有拿 然後導遊就很堅持他有發浴巾卡給我們 旁邊有一個跟導遊有消費關係比較好的八婆就出來說他有看到導遊發浴巾卡給我們 然後導遊就要叫我們賠100美金也就是三千多台幣 我們沒有拿浴巾卡當然堅持不肯賠錢就上車了 後來聽別的團員說好像是導遊跟領隊一人賠50美金不知道真的還假的 再後來也有問別的比較晚走的團員他們講我們走了之後隔了一陣子房卡全部發完才開始發浴巾卡 導遊是發給鬼嗎根本是要趁機訛詐 一張卡100美金 以後要跟百威的團要注意不要有任何問題要不然賠的錢都市價好幾倍去了 百威的團給我的感覺著重於購物景點 只要你的團員有瘋子要買東西導遊領隊可以賺佣金就不管其他團員的權益 會強迫其他團員犧牲自己的時間陪那些垃圾乾耗 我們不是報豪華團也不是報特價團 參加的是正常團費的團 我知道導遊領隊要顧那麼多團圓不好做人 但是像那種全部的人都上車了還有人在購物點拖1個小時以上導遊領隊就應該要有人去催促一次也好 其他方面就還可以 但是就這次我不會想再參加百威的團 參加過很多旅行社的團在購物點逗流尤其是有人要買東西停留久一點無可厚非 但是沒有遇過讓全部的團員在車上等一兩個人等一個小時以上的事情 一般大部分的人都上車之後導遊領隊就會說要買東西的人你要快了準備要離開了 也沒有遇過汚賴團員的事 五六萬的團費都一次繳清不會差那一百美金的錢 我們沒有必要敢做不敢當 更不可能被人白白訛詐
