★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 理賠電話難打,還有一天2小時受理限制,不是電話中就是無人接聽,應該是只收保費不理賠的公司。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 差勁、糟糕的保險公司,客服態度也很差,當初投保還揪朋友一起買,卻一起成為保險孤兒,申請理賠還被嗆 “你是保險孤兒,我幫你處理,你要感恩,請你好好看看你的保險單再打電話….”。如果教育訓練做得好,不會有這種服務態度,如果不是萬非得以,有誰會要申請理賠?每個人都希望健康平安,不希望用到保險項目,不需要這麼傷人。

If the education and training are done well, there will be no such service attitude. If it is not absolutely possible, who will apply for a claim? 我能理解個資法要保護本人,所以我們不能代生病家人詢問,都能接受,但詢問0800說當時的業務員離職了,是否可派保險業務員幫我公公說明,居然說「我們的保單沒有業務員,所以只能本人call 0800」?!?
這家真的是幸福企業耶,工作這種態度還可以領薪水,到底是公司就這樣擺爛還是單純接電話的人的問題?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家保險公司我保了3張,超過20年只申請過兩次理賠加起來不到一萬,等理賠下來還要等很久。最近的一次申請過程百般刁難,認識的資深保經保險員都說沒見過像他們這樣刁的。深深後悔保了他們家3張保單!!
催保費的時候像催命一樣,該理賠的時候一直刁難一直拖,我也是很醉。看你們公司負評真多。
希望還沒跳坑的人要三思,我是頭洗下去了沒辦法。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給五顆星的原因是看到評論區大家的回覆,我只能說理賠真的很會拖,健保局的病歷紀錄文件2張單面說要去翻譯對照病別,禮拜三打去說下午看,禮拜五打去說還沒看完,啊不就好險我是有做過相關行業的人,不然一般客戶要被你們洗多久,十幾萬屎屎尿尿,難不成沒事的人會去申請理賠嗎,12月底申請到現在資料也都是我去補給你們的,還有辦法一直拖,厲害2505分機陳大小姐
