★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 數次去電與email反映付費講座退費問題，客服人員未接聽 且留了電話也沒有主動聯繫。講座費用不低，但服務態度不佳，後來接通後人員回應態度卻不禮貌，有待改進！
Several outgoing calls and emails reflect the refund of paid lectures. The customer service staff did not answer and left the phone and did not take the initiative to contact. The cost of the lecture is not low, but the service attitude is not good. Afterwards, the staff responded with an impolite attitude and needs to be improved!
