★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新北市環保局於昨(19)日17時許接獲熱心民眾通報，位於坪林區北勢溪上游處下坑子口溪有大片油污，稽查人員旋即趕往現場沿路調查，於18時許查獲油污來源為國道5號特高壓變電站外包廠商祐鼎工程股份有限公司維修緊急發電機時，抽取殘留柴油逕傾倒於場內溝渠，經由水道流至下游北勢溪所致，稽查人員當場依違反水污染防治法30條第1項第2款規定告發處分，最高可處新臺幣300萬元，同時責令廠商清除完成。
The Xinbei City Environmental Protection Bureau received an enthusiastic public notice at 17:00 yesterday (19th). There was a large amount of oil in the lower pit of the north of the Beishui River in Pinglin District. The inspectors immediately rushed to the scene to investigate and found oil at 18 o'clock. The source is the National Highway No. 5 UHV substation outsourcing manufacturer You Ding Engineering Co., Ltd. when repairing the emergency generator, the residual diesel oil is dumped in the ditches in the field, and the water flow to the downstream Beisi River. The inspectors violate the water pollution prevention on the spot. Article 30, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, provides for the disposition of a maximum of NT$3 million and orders the manufacturer to complete the removal.
