我客觀平心而論，天慶業務流動率很高，在職兩年半期間見證走了20多個人，平均每個月都有人走，還包含3個最高階主管。
人員流動很正常，但流動率高成這樣是公司主管的問題了吧!？
像我也是被鬥走的啦~因為有升遷機會升到原本小主管之上。有些主管整天在公司搞資料內鬥對自己有威脅的人，以前這樣現在好像也一樣唉~
趁我們動手術/籌辦結婚/新家裝潢/小孩出生時出手鬥爭，一開始還妄想違法解雇咧！最後還不是踢鐵板和解賠我錢收場
和解書還不太會寫，連違反和解條款都沒有，我律師都說我有空再提告必贏，我們繼續看下去吧!
工作20年有了，內鬥找這麼多人弄，弄了3個月這麼久，結果還是和解賠錢，笑死!!或許靠爸媽坐上名不符實的主管位，實力就是不足?
邏輯力判斷力經驗能力體力似乎都比不上比你們年紀小的人，幾十年來真是白混了，家族企業悲哀啊~
