我客觀平心而論,天慶業務流動率很高,在職兩年半期間見證走了20多個人,平均每個月都有人走,還包含3個最高階主管。
人員流動很正常,但流動率高成這樣是公司主管的問題了吧!?
像我也是被鬥走的啦~因為有升遷機會升到原本小主管之上。有些主管整天在公司搞資料內鬥對自己有威脅的人,以前這樣現在好像也一樣唉~
趁我們動手術/籌辦結婚/新家裝潢/小孩出生時出手鬥爭,一開始還妄想違法解雇咧!最後還不是踢鐵板和解賠我錢收場
和解書還不太會寫,連違反和解條款都沒有,我律師都說我有空再提告必贏,我們繼續看下去吧!
工作20年有了,內鬥找這麼多人弄,弄了3個月這麼久,結果還是和解賠錢,笑死!!或許靠爸媽坐上名不符實的主管位,實力就是不足?
