★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴公司公告電話客服，但是始終無人回應（分機6），改撥分機0，仍然無人接聽。若無專屬客服人員，是否直接告知以其他方式聯繫，而不是讓客戶空等，感謝。
又發生貴公司網站上意見反應分頁，按下送出，網頁沒有反應，無法傳遞，又或者，修改日期後，一直出現日期時間錯誤的小視窗，阻擋操作流程，無法再修改，若有如此狀況，貴公司「意見反應」程式形同虛設。
Your company announced a call for customer service, but no one responded (extension 6). You dialed extension 0, but no one answered. If there is no dedicated customer service staff, do you directly inform you to contact in other ways instead of letting customers wait, thank you.
There is another comment page on your company’s website. If you press Submit, the page does not respond and cannot be delivered. Or, after the date is modified, a small window with the wrong date and time has been displayed, blocking the operation process and cannot be modified.
