當天去幫小朋友開證券户，因為未成年，所以比較繁複，服務人員非常貼心的幫我們一站式的完成三個人的開戶，遇到狀況的時候他們嘗試各種不同的解決方法，而非雙手一攤，讓我們再跑一趟。
 The counter and service staff are very passionate, working hard to solve the problem.
