在這邊看好多年了,本來覺得醫師和牙助都還滿有耐性的。但今天依約定時間報到(午診第一個看診順位),在等待醫生出來看診的五分鐘後,突然門外闖進一個病人說他早上來弄牙齒結果掉了,然後牙助就在我面前領他先入座,既沒有知會我、更未取得我的同意就讓程醫師先看這個臨時插隊的病人;過程中完全沒有人跟我說明一下或說聲抱歉請我等一下,直到過了10多分鐘我問櫃台: 我不是約2點嗎?? 櫃檯才去問程醫生,回覆說叫我等5分鐘;5分鐘過去,眼看著根本不可能幾分鐘內解決,因為不想等直接要求退掛。 從頭到尾,診所方面連一聲抱歉或不好意思都沒有,已經預約且為了不讓醫生等任何一分鐘還提早到場的我,感覺完全不受尊重。 這件事跟醫療專業或者服務態度沒有關係,而是做人處事的信用問題,以及程序正義的問題。 診所方面處理的方式和態度讓人感覺就是醫生比較大,他臨時決定要看誰就看誰、病人的時間不是時間,完全沒有在尊重與病人的約定這件事,非常令人失望。 醫生時薪高不想空等病人,但病人的時間也是金錢、也不想浪費時間,何況病人後續可能有其他的行程安排。如果是前一個病人的療程拖得較長一些而讓後面的病人多等待幾分鐘並不為過,但第一順位的病人根本沒有這個問題;要臨時讓別的病人插隊,診所方面最起碼應該先取得事先預約且已經在現場等待的病人的同意,或至少應該先知會預約的病人一聲、說聲抱歉吧?!! 這樣病人若有其他行程才可以先去處理,而且至少不會感受不被尊重又在現場一直空等吧??!!

The way and attitude of the clinic is that the doctor is older. He decides to see who he wants to see temporarily. The time of the patient is not time. He is not respecting the appointment with the patient at all, which is very disappointing. Doctors don’t want to wait for patients with high hourly wages, but patients’ time is also money, and they don’t want to waste time. Besides, patients may have other follow-up schedules. It is not an exaggeration if the previous patient’s treatment course is delayed and the subsequent patients wait a few more minutes, but the first patient does not have this problem at all; to temporarily let other patients jump in, the clinic should at least First obtain the consent of the patients who have made an appointment in advance and are waiting on the spot, or at least the patients who will be scheduled by the prophet should say sorry, right?!! 不愉快的牙齒治療過程。 一票不負責任的牙醫們 內人經 維一牙科醫師推薦給朝代蘇醫師(聽說專門做顯微根管治療) ,因此花了18,000元做根管治療,做完後要評估如何做牙冠,卻又轉介給院內其它專門做牙冠的醫師。 朝代醫師群們都是 分工專業,但不做整體評估,因此一下是我們的經驗, ①先花18,000做根管治療 ②交給另一個醫師做牙冠 ③據稱要做牙冠增長術 ④但做牙冠前必須做臨時假牙 ⑤最後才是做牙冠 該醫院以「鋸箭法」治療來描述最貼切,因為每個過程都由不同醫師處理。所以每個醫師都雨露均沾,每個過程都要付費。 ★結論就是 他們從不做整體評估,讓病人了解治療過程及可能增加的費用,病人都處在不了解的過程中。 ★技術也許可以,但沒有整合,過程及費用不透明。 ★個人非常不推薦。
