★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上陪長輩去注射新冠肺炎疫苗,發現診所排隊流程得“自助”喔!
要自行拿塑膠椅,自行拉開社交距離,但……心急的長輩們多半都習慣往前衝到診所門口,加上診所外的騎樓空間狹小,外側人行道又有等公車的路人,長輩們真的很難自動自發的拉開社交距離好好排隊。
診所的人力似乎也不足以應付診所外急著想打針的人們。只有一位動作有些慢,語氣卻又有點沒禮貌的阿姨,縮在角落自顧自的喊人來寫資料,但又因為在角落,根本很難知道到底要填哪些資料,於是大家又擠到桌邊想問問題。
唉………………
長輩們真的很需要更多填寫資料的協助,若沒有晚輩陪同,真心覺得會因為不熟悉這些填表格和排隊的流程,而浪費很多時間“被插隊”!

I want to ask questions at the table.

The elders really need more assistance in filling in the information. If they are not accompanied by the younger generation, I really feel that they will waste a lot of time "being cut in line" because they are not familiar with the process of filling in the forms and queuing!

早上帶長輩去打疫苗,線上預約1號,8:30前到現場,大概第6~7位。
(沒確認預約資料,就直接現場排隊,這OK,反正同時段預約先到先打)
但卻沒照排隊順序讓大家填資料表,反而可以隨意拿取填寫,要照繳回資料表的順序打疫苗。
(那線上預約跟現場排隊的用意何在?而且大家急著要繳資料表,擠成一團更會群聚!)
我向門口的小姐反映,應該照排隊順序收資料表及施打,才不會擠在一起。
診所裡面的小姐卻出來說,流程一直是這樣沒有問題,現場醫護人員已經很辛苦…
(我明白疫情期間所有醫護人員都很辛苦,但會造成群聚跟混亂的流程難道不應該調整嗎?)
連問診時跟邱醫師反映,他也是說流程沒有問題,強調都照冊施打。
(但排隊時都沒查核預約簡訊,也沒看到有核對名冊的步驟,不禁讓我困惑,如果沒預約也能打嗎?)
當長輩要施打疫苗的時候,護士請我到外面等。
後來長輩才跟我說,護士先唸了他一頓再次強調流程沒有問題,然後用力的扎針下去。
(當然可以說護士施打時絕對一樣,但長輩的感覺是這輩子打針被扎最大力的一次,看著長輩濕潤的眼睛,當下就決定再也不會來這家診所了!!!)
更糟的是,回到家消毒完成後不久,診所來電通知,健保卡漏了註記,要再拿去診所。
這樣的流程,真的很讓人傻眼…

However, they did not ask everyone to fill in the data sheet in the order in which they were queued. Instead, they could pick it up and fill it out at will. They must be vaccinated in the order in which they returned the data sheet.
(Then what's the purpose of making an online reservation and queuing up on site? And everyone is anxious to pay the information sheet, so they can get together in a group!)
I told the lady at the door that I should collect the information sheets and hit them in the order in which they were queued, so that they would not be crowded together.
The lady in the clinic came out and said that the process has always been like this and there is no problem, and the on-site medical staff has been very hard...
(I understand that all medical staff are working hard during the epidemic, but shouldn't the processes that cause clusters and chaos be adjusted?)
Even during the consultation, he told Dr. Qiu that he also said that there was no problem with the process, and emphasized that all the beatings were performed according to the schedule.
(But I didn't check the appointment newsletter when I was in line, and I didn't see the steps to check the roster. I couldn't help being confused. Can I call if I didn't make an appointment?)
When the elders were about to vaccinate, the nurse asked me to wait outside.
Later, the elders told me that the nurse read him once and again emphasized that there was no problem with the process, and then the needle went down vigorously.
(Of course it can be said that when the nurse gave the injection, it was absolutely the same, but the elders felt that the injection was the most powerful in this life. Looking at the elder's wet eyes, he decided to never come to this clinic again!!!)
To make matters worse, shortly after returning home to complete the disinfection, the clinic called to inform that the health insurance card had missed the note and should be taken to the clinic again.
Such a process is really dumbfounded...

覺得喉嚨癢癢的去就醫,掛完號後請我出診所門外稍候一下,疫情期間我能理解。頂著寒風等到一位醫生出來,問我的症狀,然後沒讓我進去直接叫我在大街上打開嘴巴用手電筒照了喉嚨一下,我以爲他是防疫初步先過濾病患吧,不是,他看完後說我是小感冒會幫我開藥,然後就進去了。
反應過來後我瞬間覺得很受辱,我是在難民營嗎?還是次等公民?為什麼會在大街走廊上張大嘴被看病。而且行診如此草率,到底有沒有好好的看診?曝露於大街上讓病人一點隱私權都沒有?
櫃台小姐送藥出來時我有表達我的感受不好,她只說她們符合防疫規範,院所都是這樣⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯,她堅持說她只是沒在掛號時先問我我同不同意,是嗎?見鬼了,我又沒發燒,附近我還去看過眼科、牙科,沒人像他們這樣。即使我去別家看耳鼻喉科也是我自願在門外等待叫號進入,診所內會不斷消毒維護醫病雙方安全,而不是像這間邱姓醫院用這樣粗糙方式對待病人。
在社區生存的醫院還這樣對待社區登門的民眾,真得另人無言。這麼怕?建議您把診桌器械搬出來都在走廊上看診,大家共體時艱共同防疫。

When the lady at the counter delivered the medicine, I expressed my bad feelings. She only said that they meet the epidemic prevention regulations, and the hospitals are like this..., she insisted that she just asked me first when I didn’t register. I don’t agree. ,Yes? Hell, I don't have a fever again, and I have seen ophthalmology and dentistry nearby. No one is like them. Even if I go to another home to see the ENT department, I voluntarily wait outside the door for the call to enter. The clinic will continue to disinfect to maintain the safety of both the doctor and the patient, instead of treating patients in such a rough way as this Qiu hospital.
It is really speechless that the hospitals that survive in the community still treat the people visiting the community like this. So scared? It is recommended that you take out the desks and equipment for consultation in the corridor, so that everyone can work together to prevent the epidemic.
