★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藥師給過期藥，患者自行發現後，診所卻沒有任何道歉及妥善處理後續，竟然要患者先吃過期的藥，再等待診所叫新的藥。
這是台大的身心科特約診所，這樣的品質實在非常堪憂！
 The pharmacist gave the expired medicine. After the patient found out on his own, the clinic did not apologize and properly deal with the follow-up. Instead, the patient was asked to take the expired medicine first, and then wait for the clinic to order a new medicine.
This is a special clinic for the body and mind of National Taiwan University. Such quality is really worrying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問診時櫃檯人員”一直”進出給醫生別的病人的資料，而醫生在問診時也一直看著電腦處理那些資料，甚至要我等一下再講病情，一點尊重都沒有，拿著幾個典型的症狀問而已，沒有想深入了解，也不主動診斷到底是有什麼病，問一才答一，真的有夠爛，別為了便宜來，只會被醫生拿藥打發走而已
At the time of consultation, the staff at the counter "always" passed in and out the information of other patients from the doctor, and the doctor kept looking at the computer to process the information during the consultation, and even asked me to wait for a moment to talk about the condition. There was no respect at all, and a few typical ones. I just asked about the symptoms. I didn’t want to know more about it, and I didn’t take the initiative to diagnose what the disease was. I only asked and answered. It’s really bad enough. Don’t come for cheap, just be sent away by the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctors and good service! They speak some basic English so if you need to check up on your mental health, head to them.
If don't have NHI be warned! If you don't ask for a copy of your diagnosis the first time, they will charge you for another appointment just to get the summary of diagnosis for insurance refund purposes (in other words, you will have to pay twice). So just make sure you are clear about what your insurance requirements are and should have no problem :)
