★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外觀美麗的建築，大廳有公共藝術作品---和諧交響詩，是彩繪的玻璃屏幕。但是卻不允許入内照相，聲稱是私人建物，好像是秘密單位。公共藝術的意義，就是要讓民衆能夠參與，這壓根的民主基金會實在讓人遺憾。
The building with a beautiful appearance has public art works in the hall --- symphony of harmony, painted glass screen. But it is not allowed to take photos inside, claiming to be a private building, as if it were a secret unit. The significance of public art is to allow the people to participate. This deep-rooted democracy foundation is really regrettable.
