豬耳朵(耳骨處)，口感脆彈。
雞肝滷的比較乾硬。
雞爪每一隻都滷的很完整，也比較彈牙口感。(補記: 老闆有把雞爪指甲全數剔除乾淨)
辣椒不會太油，沾著吃挺不錯，酸菜帶點微甜。
The brine is delicious, and the seasoning is not too heavy.
Pig's ears (at the ear bone) are crispy and bouncy.
The chicken liver is rather dry and hard.
Each chicken foot is fully marinated and has a more elastic taste. (Additional note: The boss has removed all the chicken feet and nails)
