★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是里長接待訪客及替里民服務的固定地點 ，從早上八時至下午九時，中間的午晚餐時間各休息二小時，除里長及里幹事經常駐守外，也請鄰長及志工輪值協助服務，里內事務的安排與協調也在此開會，甚至一些訓練與學習也在這裡舉辦，可以說是大學里里民聚會的所在。

乾脆里內全部不要停車格算了，真是天龍國。
多數里民心聲不在意，真是好里長啊。
