師父是日本人,很nice,做好第一道會先詢問壽司飯的量可以嗎?或芥末醬油會不會太多或太少,配合客人的食量跟忌口的食物去做調整,很棒。硬要挑什麼可以講的話,應該就是差音樂了吧?(或有可能店裡有放,太小聲我沒聽到?)Anyway,有應景的當地日本音樂?,大概就真的跟身處在日本沒什麼兩樣了。食物新鮮、師傅親切、服務人員友善、店內環境舒適應景又衛生,包廂外還有一個迷你小庭園,真的非常日本感❤️ 吃完都好希望可以再趕快去日本玩一趟?

Anyway, there are local Japanese music that fits the occasion?, it’s probably really just like where you are. Japan is no different. The food is fresh, the chef is kind, the service staff is friendly, the environment in the store is comfortable and hygienic, and there is a mini garden outside the box, which is really very Japanese.

午餐可以享受到平價的高檔日式料理CP值好高?午餐是以套餐式為主,這次吃的是鰻魚飯,鰻魚應該是先蒸過再烤,有一種膨潤油滑感,感覺好像還是比較習慣直接生烤式的? 味增湯和飯可以無限續加,但我覺得最出色的是旁邊的培茶奶酪,茶味很濃又不澀,真的好吃到我覺得可以吃5個? 下次還想來試試看別的套餐!!!

千壽 2021/12/25 第二次是吃割烹,吉吉與夥伴也是相當滿意。可惜這次甜點不能選擇了,不夠大至上還是可圈可點啦、服務生跟師傅都很專業! 2021/10/09 偶然間上網看到千壽重新營業了,如果有在吃無菜單壽司的人,應該都知道有兩位大師是從裡面出來的,因此吉吉就很想來嚐嚐有多厲害! 主要感想是,價位很值得、道數算多、材料也不錯、服務也好,會想再訪的店! 當天是坐吧臺,每個日籍師傅會配一個會翻譯的服務員,認真為客人介紹。特別喜歡的菜色有綠色烤銀杏、牛奶味般濃郁的牡蠣、生筋子、小肌魚壽司。對了,還有現場手作甜點四選一呢、這點真的很吸引人。 不得不說,香檳真的很搭壽司呢、開了買了許久的Domperignon 1996 跟一般香檳比起來氣泡很綿密,味道醇厚很多。

Had a wonderful night celebrating mother's day. This place use to be a exclusive to member. Now it's temporarily opened to public reservation. They offer both sushi / kaiseki dinner course. The chefs were very friendly, quite unlike formal Japanese dining experience. Given it's history, many would compare the food with Adachi and Watanabe. But I think the new team will have their own unique style and offering. Very much looking forward to revisiting the store again!

An exclusive experience, looking into a Japanese garden deco makes you forget that you are in the heart of Taipei city. OMG, the slow cooked beef really felt like a pillow but full of favour. This dish alone worth your time and money to come here.

Really satisfied dinner visit with high quality food, service and environment. Of course, it’s a pricy dinner :) First thing first, the set we had is a perfect one. Every dish is amazing and delicate, the ingredient freshness and chef’s work can be found within every single bite. The grilled eel is amazingly good that I may come anytime for it. The stewed beef is so soft and full of flavor, never have this before. The service is totally a VIP scale, we ate in the booth and we have our tea filled constantly and they serve at a great pace that didn’t rush us or make us wait. If there’s one room for improvement, the restroom might be one. Might need to keep it clean, dry and with fresh smell.
