★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY CHARGE FOR SAUCES!!!! And they didn’t tell you until they give you the bill. I’ve been to so many hotpot places and none of them have ever charged me for dipping sauces.
The food is okay but overpriced and not as good as its presented online.
I’ve made reservation in advance but clearly there was some mistake on their side and my friend and I ended up waiting for another 20 mins or so just to get seated.
Overall very terrible experience.

Boat with marinated veggies, this is a place to go. The place is very crowded and we waited for 10 mins to be seated even with a reservation ahead of time.
Meats and veggies are fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, this restaurant is clean and nice cozy environment. As for service, I think that it is still considered nice service, and efficient. Food is generally average in my opinion. Not as expected per friend saying.
