★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在其他星和分店買的療程要來仁愛店使用卻不斷被推銷加價換成別的課程,推銷不成後直接變臉不耐煩,呃....公司給美容師的業績壓力是這樣發洩在客人身上的嗎
重點是這樣的情況下還要被同個人粗糙的卸妝、洗臉、敷臉,整個過程都感到非常不舒服,從來沒有在一個醫美診所有這麼差勁的體驗。

The performance pressure of the company on the beauticians is like this vented on the customers. yes?

可能因為是網路上團購的便宜票券,所以對待上就比較隨意吧,就以簡單的敷面膜來說,一般至少讓面膜不要有太多貼不平,但這次的人員,真的就只是把面膜放到臉上而已,一堆空氣夾在裡面,還是可能是我的認知應該改進了?其實面膜跟皮膚之間有很多空氣也不影響效果?諸如此類小地方累積起來就讓人感受很差,本來覺得不錯的課程,都會因為這樣的對待而流失客人唄!兩顆星是給環境整潔乾淨跟杏仁酸的效果確實不錯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三四年前去過一次,當時諮詢師還不會瘋狂推銷,但是給醫生的時候,醫生開始批評你的長相並開始說你需要用什麼改善!態度超差!而我那次去是用肉毒+玻尿酸2支打下巴,用完跟朋友見面,朋友完全看不出來!當下狀態是有點腫腫的,但是等腫的地方消掉,就跟原本一樣!問了當初的諮詢師回覆是叫我回去給醫生看,但是我不在台灣了,怎麼回去呢?後續幾年還時不時接到電話+訊息告知店裡有優惠問我有沒有興趣?

因為看網路上評價留言還不錯所以選擇來這邊諮詢和施打伊漣絲,讓我感到弔詭的狀況就是:
1.醫生諮詢評估完之後,到開始要施打前完全不告訴你價格,就說先打再說;結果一問之下才發現要超過15萬台幣!?(甚至我在問價格時諮詢師還一副難辭其咎的感覺,那推銷的心態一目了然)
後來經過溝通後,就開始推銷你課程、活動…等優惠方案,最後就以茶會活動10萬優惠無卡分期,可以享有14萬的產品價值,感覺上有優惠到,但弔詭的第二件事情又來了

2.因為在‘’醫生諮詢‘’的過程中,‘’醫生親口‘’提到該伊蓮絲的維持效果可以‘’2年‘’,自然就會讓人聯想到這產品的規格效果就是2年
結果,最後施打的竟然只是只能維持1年規格產品!?
然後該店的諮詢師給的SOP回應是:按照‘’他們的經驗‘’大部分都可以維持‘’2年‘’,但也依照每個人的代謝、體質、生活作息…等狀況都有不同的維持效果…,甚至還刻意中傷其他市場上的醫美診所用的伊蓮絲是水貨。
既然諮詢師都說了維持效果最後會因人而異,那麼在跟客人溝通上就不應該用這種‘’模稜兩可‘’、‘’不確定性‘’的話來引導客人,更何況‘’醫生說2年‘’,最後打到的卻是1年規格的產品?到底是醫生‘’刻意‘’引導還是諮詢師的話術包裝?有玩文字遊戲試圖欺騙消費者之疑。

超級差勁的體驗,如果要去貴診所的客人,腦袋一定要堅定且清楚,尤其是貴診所的諮詢師會用文字遊戲的部分要特別留意!

2. Because in the process of ''doctor's consultation'', ''doctor'' mentioned that the maintenance effect of this Elaine can be ''2 years'', it will naturally make people think that the specification effect of this product is 2 years

Then the SOP response given by the shop's consultant is: according to ''their experience'', most of them can be maintained for ''2 years'', but it is also different according to each person's metabolism, physique, daily routine, etc. The maintenance effect..., and even deliberately slandered the Elens used by other medical and beauty clinics on the market as parallel imports.
Since the consultants have said that the maintenance effect will vary from person to person, in communicating with the client, we should not use such ''ambiguity'' and ''uncertainty'' to guide the client, not to mention the ''doctor'. Saying 2 years'', but the last one hit is a 1-year specification product? Is it the doctor's "deliberate" guidance or the consultant's speech packaging? There are suspicions of playing word games trying to deceive consumers.
