最愛他們家的碗粿。花枝大塊但是偏硬,炊粉是最大敗筆…也好乾硬感覺沒有煮透
I love their bowl kueh the most. The flower branches are big but hard, and the cooking powder is the biggest flaw...it’s so hard that it feels like it’s not cooked through.

只有兩張折疊桌,座位是露天的,有遮雨棚。 花枝羹不是花枝漿,是真的花枝!!! 雖然$80又小小碗可是花枝太好吃,非常清甜又有嚼勁,所以即使有點貴還是想到就會來捧場! 米糕還不錯,記得加甜醬! 米粉的話就普通,沒特別推薦。

肉焿比花枝多點驚奇,好赤肉的羹形通常會片條,上漿比容易均勻。但雙連文記花枝羹比較偏塊,扣掉外圍魚漿可能直徑都還有2公分,每塊約是兩個寶特瓶蓋結合大小,且造型為少見的對半切,口感特殊,魚漿濃,肉塊鮮實。 (讀起來可能有點惱人的羹與焿字,交替用的原因是:牆壁菜單上的尊重菜單,google上用羹才搜得到。) 大麵炒的麵條是我喜歡的大(條蒸)麵,寬度近烏龍麵。有些攤用油麵雖耐放也耐嚼,但醬料就要搭配咀嚼時間長調味下比較重;例如較油或肉燥比例較高,甚至有些店家已經把滷肉肥肉塊架在麵堆上,增添澎湃的「視覺」(?)。確實那也是一種華麗的吃法,但大麵的麵香,蒸麵的毛細孔以及像蒸卷蒸饅的微妙口感就比較難感受的到了。 僅有的兩張拼桌上,立著「辣椒很辣,請酌量使用」標示,不是開玩笑的更不是老闆怕你多舀,真的是一盤麵約5滴就夠攪和開胃整盤,辣嗆直接,不是繞圈子的那種。

The fried noodles of the big noodles are my favorite big (tiao steamed) noodles, the width is close to udon noodles. Although some oiled noodles used in stalls are durable and chewy, the sauce should be combined with a long chewing time and seasoned to be heavier; for example, the proportion of oily or minced meat is higher, and some shops have even put the fatty pork pieces on the noodles. Above, add a surging "vision" (?). It is indeed a gorgeous way to eat, but the fragrance of the noodles, the pores of the steamed noodles, and the delicate taste like steamed buns are more difficult to feel. The only two pieces on the table are marked with "chili is very spicy, please use it carefully". It is not a joke, nor is the boss afraid that you will scoop it too much. About 5 drops of noodles are really enough to stir and appetize the whole plate. Spicy Choking direct, not the kind that goes around in circles.
