I’ve been here two times. Both times they give you a price before you go in and it keeps getting increased more and more as you begin the procedure. They don’t do what they say they will then they try to charge you extra for it. Also I don’t know if it’s their machine or the person using it doing it too quickly but the laser hair removal isn’t accurate. Only picks up a few of the hairs. I’ve done this many times in other places/countries and usually many more hairs are lasered off. Not satirized and sadly the people there didn’t seem to care.

Made a consultation appointment for pigmentation removal on the face and hair removal- consultation was a joke and only with the front desk staff. In what world are these girls even qualified to give you treatment advice? The "doctors" there don't do talk to you about treatment until right before they laser up your face. Did get laser hair removal done there (I've done it many times and this was for maintenance) - waited for 45 minutes and they weren't even that busy. The technician/"doctor" was super impersonal and just couldn't care less. In the "recovery" room they just keep trying to sell you products. The hair removal worked but not as good as all my other times in the US or London even though it's supposed to be the same machine. Another small gripe- razor they give you it a cheap one blade - don't do it. Edit: Raising the rating a bit after a couple more visits. For me (personal taste) it's still too salon spa like but it gets the job done when I need maintenance on my hair removal. The girls are nice enough and after a couple of times the technician/doctor warmed up a little bit. I still don't think that I'd get anything else done, especially on my face, but laser hair removal on the body is fine. And i make sure to bring my own wipes and shave before coming in.
