うまくできたら友人とも食べたいです。
ちなみに鰹節で出汁をとるときは動物性や魚の核酸系の旨味（イノシン酸）と植物性の野菜か昆布、チーズ、トマト、醤油などの旨味のアミノ酸（グルタミン酸）もしくはきのこのグアニル酸などが合わさることで出汁ができます
とろろ昆布などもおいてあるといいですね
