素質很高的一家水電行，難怪評價高，從客服到師傅都非常親切專業，不僅十分耐心回答問題，諮詢報價過程也很順暢、價格合理不亂收費（這很重要），師傅人很熱心且技術佳，施工完也會主動把現場收拾乾淨，我們家是老公寓了很多問題，以後打算就固定找這家水電行解決了。

I had to replace a leaky faucet and canvassed three separate firms to provide an estimate. The faucet was an older foreign brand for which no parts were available in Taiwan and had to be entirely replaced. Further, the tiles had to broken and replaced with new ones. Of the three estimates I received, 翔裕’s was the lowest by far. When the plumber arrived, I was a little disconcerted about how quiet and reserved he seemed. I was also worried whether he would be able to do the work himself as another firm had dispatched three engineers in their initial visit. However, he proved to be reliable, polite, and clean, taking care to sweep up all the resulting debris from his work . Moreover, he was punctual and returned from breaks in a timely manner. 翔裕’s customer service is also to be commended. They provided an estimate within three days after the initial visit (although I had to remind them). They also deducted the cost of the initial visit from the final bill. Communication was via LINE messaging app, and they always answered the same day in a courteous manner. I would not hesitate to use them again.
